Our structure has 40 rooms (single / double / twin) and all are equipped with:

standard rooms

The standard room has a double bed (or a choice of two single beds) with in-room facilities. The standard room has an individually adjustable heat pump (hot / cold). At the same moment, the room is equipped with HD TV with a wide selection of programs. All Standard rooms have a balcony (outside or inside) from which you can admire the sea. The services are equipped with a shower, sink, water-bidet and hairdryer.
francesine room
(1 - 2 persons)
The Front-Sea Room has a French bed (not divisible). The room has an individually adjustable heat pump (hot / cold). It is equipped with HD TV with a wide selection of programs. The Francesine rooms have a balcony overlooking the sea. The services are equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. A supplement of 3 euros will be required if room will be used by single guest.

Room with double bed and room facilities.
The room has an individually adjustable heat pump (hot / cold).
It is equipped with HD TV with a wide selection of programs.
The Superior rooms have a small balcony overlooking the external side of the structure and with sea view.
The services are equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

La camera dispone di un letto singolo con servizi in camera.
La camera ha un impianto a pompa di calore (caldo/freddo) regolabile individualmente.
E’ dotata di televisore HD con ampia selezione di programmi.
Il balconcino si affaccia sul giardino interno ed offre la vista mare.
I servizi sono dotati di doccia, lavabo, water-bidet e asciugacapelli.

Very large rooms with double bed and 1 extra single bed.
The Rooms are equipped with heat pump system and HD TV.
All rooms have a small balcony with garden and sea view, meanwhile the bathrooms have window and complete with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

Very large rooms with double bed and 2 extra single beds. All Rooms are equipped with heat pump system, HD TV and have a small balcony with garden and sea view. At the same moment, all rooms have bathrooms with window and complete with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. This type of room is structured on two environments with windows.
